Booking Terms and Conditions

All the bookings or reservations are subject to these terms and conditions:

- 50% prepayment of the total invoice as reservation fees and the total balance payable before the conduction of the tour.

- All bookings/reservations should have specified dates , pick-up and drop-off indications.

- 50% fee for all cancellations made 7 days before the tour date and any period less subscribed warrants no refund..

- Pre-tour breifings are mandatory a day before the tour date for tour orientation safety and compliance.
